Intro
As known, the Bible written in English is a translation from Hebrew. Then from English bible, it was translated to other languages. Of course the "real" meaning of everything said in the bible can be found only in the bible which was originally written in Hebrew language.
This is common, in any language, the translation could not be perfect as spoken in the original language
Based on the explanation from Quran, muslim knew that Injil was sent to Prophet Isa a.s (called as Jesus by christian follower) and the book later known as bible to christian. Based on Quran and as delivered by Prophet Muhammad s.a.w, muslim believe that Prophet Isa or Jesus is a muslim , his religion was Islam and he was sent to deliver Islam by
Allah the Al Mighty (God)
Muslim also believe as describe in Quran and through hadith that the Injil which was sent to Prophet Isa or Jesus stated the name of prophet Muhammad as the last Prophet. Later the name was disappeared when the Injil had been "altered" and called as Bible.
The question is which part of the bible stated the name of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w was altered and rewritten with the new sentence.

Song of Songs 5:16: Proof of Prophet Muhammad in the Bible
In this lecture I discuss Song of Songs 5:16 and how it refers to Prophet Muhammad.
The Bible often uses strange language and terms to describe things or people. Even when the Bible talks about God, it uses language that seems inappropriate. The language and terms used in Song of Songs may have been exaggerated by the scribe who wrote them however the context is clear that it is a future prophecy about Prophet Muhammad (p).
If you don't believe Song of Songs 5:16 is referring to Prophet Muhammad (p), that's fine. But you must admit (if you are unbiased) that you cannot prove it does not refer to him.
The Hebrew name "Mahamad" is simply the ancient Hebrew version of the Arabic name "Muhammad". This individual called "Mahamad-im" is no other than Prophet Muhammad (p). The plural "im" is simply a plural of respect, as God's Prophet deserves respect. The "ma" instead of "mu" is not a problem because many Arabs pronounce Muhammad as MAhammad. In the case of Song of Songs 5:16 it's simply the ancient Hebrew version of the name Muhammad.

I'm very much delighted to know that this video made news in the international media after it was aired on many TV stations and discussed by many well known TV programs like "90 minutes" and "48 hours" Arabic version. Many evangelical Christian satellite TV channels have tried to refute the video without success; one of them has dedicated 2 Hours of its live podcast to the video without being able to refute it. The video was translated into many languages and spoken of by many well known newspapers especially in the middle East. Over 5 million people have watched the video throughout the internet, and many more on TV. I've never expected that kind of success. My dear Muslim brothers and sisters and my respected Christian friends the songs of Solomon as exists today is formed out of different poems and even different fragments of the same poem which represent a Jewish oral tradition of thousands of years, all put together in what is known today to be the book of songs, This was the viewpoint of many ancient Jewish rabbis, so it is not necessary for the verses describing the prophet Mohammad to be related to some of the text present today in the song of songs.
Add to that, according to Islam we believe that every prophet of God sent to the children of Israel has given glad tidings of the prophet Muhammad some of them in details which makes the ancient Jewish oral tradition rich of prophet Muhammads description, we can clearly see that throughout chap 5 of the songs where the description giving there match very much the description we have in the books of hadith about the prophet Mohammad, also its a common knowledge that the prophet Muhammad returned Mecca among ten thousand of his companions, clear reference to that in 5:10 of the songs and above all his name was given as you have Heard it in the video. He was very much beloved to that woman and still beloved to billions of people today may the peace and the blessings of God be upon him. Im convinced that the person described in chapter 5 could very much be the prophet Muhammad and Allah knows best!
Delitzsch, who is one of the world most renowned theologians 1813 -1890 on his commentary on the songs of Solomon wrote:
"The most obscure book of the Old Testament."
Regarding the translation of the Hebrew word מחמד google translation had it as Mohammad few months ago. Somehow they change it to sweet now. Also some other translation sites followed it as well. You may suggest a translation to google as it still in beta version.

Muhammad (pbuh) is mentioned by name in the Song of Solomon 5:16. The Hebrew word used in this verse is Mahamaddim. The ending letters ‘im’ is a plural of respect, majesty and grandeur, just as in Elohim (the God). Without ‘im’ the name becomes Mahamadd which was translated as "altogether lovely" in the Authorized Version of the Bible or 'The Praised One', 'the one worthy of Praise.' In Arabic, Muhammad means the one who is most praised.

These Hebrew words convey qualities as well as the person depending on the phrase used in the Old Testament. The Hebrew word Shalom and the Arabic word Salam have the same meaning - peace. They are derived from the root alphabets "S, L and M." Islam is also derived from the same root alphabets and means the path of peace.

Prophet Muhammad's other name was Ahmad (both are from root letters h, m and d), both words have the meaning the "praised one" except the latter emphasizes a higher degree to it. The Holy Qur'an states that Prophet 'Isa (Jesus, pbuh) mentioned the last prophet's name as Ahmad.
